Wilson, PhD T HE KINGDOM of Lesotho is a small moun- tainous country in southern Africa that is completely surrounded by the Republic of South by: 1. The persistence of AIDS/HIV and the decrease of economic resources have devastated Lesotho and this situation is affecting children’s development.
